Oftb: Tell us a bit about how you formed, which your influences were and so on.

LSL: My brother JP and I almost always had a very similar taste in music. The sound, direction and goals very much alike. Both knowing it was Oi we loved and wanted to play. Hard to find musicians in Denmark that want´s to play oi.

Oftb:  What is the scene like in Århus?

LSL: very small but quite ok actually! There are Psycho,surf, metal, hardcore, punk & Oi bands in town.There´s the venue called “Cuddlepunk” once every month, always with underground bands from all over Denmark playing. In the late 90´s early 00´s we were very few Punx & Skinheads, but from about 2005/06 numbers increased and are still growing with youngsters every year !
Bigger Crowd = more concerts, so that´s great.

Oftb: You have been active in the punk/skinhead scene for quite a while, what is that attracted you to it?

LSL: The big FUCK YOU finger to all critics and the mainstream. The stiff upper lip and the aggression. The Boots !! and ofcourse the music that hits you like a punch in the Nose.

Oftb: You have all played with many bands over the years, which were the most fun to play with and why?

LSL: JP and I played in a punkband with danish lyrics back in the early 90´s. We were called De fulde profeter (The Drunken Prophets) and played quite a many shows in Denmark. All of us were pretty shitfaced drunk most of the time(about 4yrs), and had a true following crowd which very much liked the free cheap apple and cherry wine we always handed out from the stage, as we hoped our crowd would be as drunk as us !!
Really took a beatin´to the Liver playing in that band, but there must be a 1000 funny stories to tell easily. Damn we caused Chaos and Havoc but it was fun.

Oftb: If you follow Danish news, it appears like your city is, or at least was, a battleground between the far right and the far left. Is this true or media exaggerations? How does it affect you as skinheads?

LSL: It´s true that there is an ongoin´fight between the left & right in our town, and the media loves it !
THERE ARE NO NAZI SKINHEADS IN TOWN.
Personally I Hate politics & Love music. Just Skinhead – nothin´more.
The older generations been forcefed, that Skinheads are racist/nazis, through the Media for so many years offcourse look at us with that belief…. They can have 2 fingers in the air…

Oftb: Your queen recently turned 70 years old, what do you think of the Danish monarchy and it’s future?

LSL: Damned Media frenzy it was too. 4 Bloody days she had her celebration, covered by any shitty radio-tv station-paper in the country down to stinking litlle Hicksville.
400 million Kroner (53,33 Mill euro) the danish taxpayers are forced to gift the royal family with every year.
Unemployment is exploding, and I´d rather that the money are spend on working men that have been laid off and their families. The royals are Greedy bastards that allready got planty, so why giveém more ??

Oftb: What do you think of this year’s SAS Liga?

LSL: Our team AGF has had 5-6 of our keyplayers injured from the start of this spring/summer season. The rest of the team has played like a bunch of Pillocks and we are in danger of dropping out of the best league, SAS Liga, and into a lower league. Within the last 10 years we have tried that once, and always been in the lower bottom of the SAS Liga fighting for survival.
The Economy is also for shit, so SHIIIIT !!! Luckily our old Hero – Stig Tøfting AKA Plæneklipperen (the Lawnmover) has just been hired as assistent manager. Got his name by fiercely reigning the midfield, cutting down everything. And I don´t meen grass !! You might know him from playing in Sweden or numerous German clubs or maybe our national Team. Good to have him back with his home team in his hometown and hopefully his fighting spirit and roughness can bitchslap some sence into our primadonna players heads.

Oftb: What do you think of Denmark’s chances in this year’s footie world cup? Can you surprise the world as you did in the european cup of nations back in 1992?

LSL: Eurocup in 1992 was a miracle. No one saw that one coming ! Best of all .. we beat the Krauts. In this years world cup in SA I think we are a serious underdog competitor. I´m not saying we will win, but we could go far.
